Does Flossmoor Social label allergens on the menu?
Yes. Every dish on our printed food menu carries allergen and dietary codes, plus a contains statement. The codes we use are GF, DF, NF, V, VG, SF and P.
How do I use the codes?
Read the codes first, then talk to us. The codes tell you what's in a dish as written. Your server can tell the kitchen what you need, before anything is made.
What should I tell my server?
