What wine does Flossmoor Social serve?
By the glass, we pour sparkling, whites and reds. By the bottle, the list leans hard into Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, from Bonanno up to Ehlers Estate 1886. For a big night there's Glaetzer Eye of Ra and Dom Perignon.
Where should I start?
Start with what you're eating. Our suggestions:
◆Steak Frites (a 14 oz NY Strip) or the **Braised Beef Short Rib**: a Napa Cabernet. Rich red meat is what Cabernet was made for.
◆Cornmeal Crusted Oysters or the **Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail**: something sparkling.
◆Pan Roasted Salmon: ask your server. It swings either way.
Can I just ask?
Always. Tell your server what you usually like and what you want to spend. They'll find you the bottle.
When is the best night for wine?
Wednesday. It's Wine Down Wednesday.
