Chef Danny Bullock is an internationally recognized chef and entrepreneur whose career spans luxury hospitality, private dining, and culinary innovation. With roots in Chicago’s high-end food scene, Chef Bullock honed his skills in demanding professional kitchens, including the Trump Hotel & Tower Chicago, where discipline, detail, and execution were non-negotiable.


That foundation shaped his signature approach: refined technique paired with fearless creativity. Whether crafting composed entrées or reimagining classic comfort dishes, Chef Bullock’s work balances elegance with approachability—exactly the experience Flossmoor Social was built to deliver.


From the Kitchen to the Bourbon Barrel

Chef Bullock’s creativity doesn’t stop at the plate. In 2020, he launched Bull Young Bourbon, becoming one of the first chefs to create and lead a premium bourbon brand. The same philosophy that guides his cooking—layered flavor, intention, and storytelling—drives the spirit.
