The Role

ROLE SUMMARY

You keep the kitchen running. Plates, glassware, tools and utensils come back spotless, sanitized and ready for service because of you. You work fast and steady behind the scenes so the whole team can shine. No experience needed: bring focus, consistency and a good attitude, and we will train you.

Day to Day

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Dish and Sanitation

Clean Thoroughly

Wash dishes, pots, pans and utensils using proper sanitation methods.

Keep It Moving

Keep clean dishware and tools flowing to the line all through service.

Sanitize and Organize

Make sure everything is sanitized, dried and put back where it belongs.

Hold the Standard

Follow health department guidelines and our sanitation procedures.

Kitchen Support

Support the Line

Help with basic prep, trash runs and restocking when needed.

Deep Clean

Help with closing and deep cleaning, including floors, drains and equipment.

Stay Ready

Keep the dish pit, mop station and the area around them clean and organized.

Speak Up

Tell a manager about broken equipment or low supplies.

Requirements

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

No previous experience required. We are happy to train the right person.

Physical Readiness

Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods and work in a fast paced kitchen.

Availability

Nights, weekends and holidays are often required.
