HOSPITALITY WITH PURPOSE

At 7th Floor Hospitality Group, hospitality is more than service. It is the craft of creating experiences that mean something. Our rooms exist to build connection, community and memorable nights through intentional detail and thoughtful leadership.

Flossmoor Social and Pretty Brown Lounge run on one philosophy: One Guest. One Table. One Service. Inspired by Unreasonable Hospitality, this role blends leadership with hands on service, so you stay close to the guest while you build a strong, confident team.

HOW THE ROLE WORKS
